I hope you will give her a goodbye kiss for everyone here whose life she has
brightened. My heart is heavy for everyone who loves Christy. I can only
hope there is something better on the other side, and that she will continue
in some way, out of pain and free from every sadness. She has a joyful,
gentle spirit that I will miss very much.

And you (personally) can prove this, how?

IMNSHO, just because 'Stan' said it was so, it doesn't necessarily make
it so...

<snork>

IME, over the last 4 years, you've always been one of the first posters
to respond with "TROLL" to any other poster who isn't a 'regular' in
this group.

Well, *I* think it's your turn to 'Get over it!'

However, what the Cabal (TINC) has to say about it is debatable...

It's Allan. "Think what he is going through" and all that. But in fact the
same way he has always posted.

Oh yes! She does indeed have a joyful, gentle spirit. I also will miss her
very much. There are very few people on Usenet that we could say that
about. Our Christy is beautiful in spirit and face It is a privilege to
know her.

She is one of the kindest and sweetest ladies I have known here.

Yes, she is. She has a beautiful light about her, in photos and in her

Allan would never have used the word "terminate" when referring to
Christy. Besides which, doctors don't "terminate" they stop
intervening with anything but "comfort cares".

My friend Barbara was in Palliative Care for a week and died yesterday
morning. The care was peaceful and positive and comforting to all of
us.

I see the CaringBridge site has not been updated to reflect the above
so if this is a forgery, I hope the forger rots in hell because this
is *not* the time to pull that kind of shenanigan.

In the event it's not a forgery, my heart goes out to you and the rest
of her family, Allan. I have no words to express how I feel. Her
loss will be felt by me, but it is a much greater loss for all of you.
Please try to express to her how much she has positively affected the
lives of people she never met face to face. She always reached out
and her sweetness and goodness never failed to shine through.

She will be missed.

Please let Michael do the updates. You have too many forgers. You
can be helpful to us by posting a direct link to CaringBridge with no
further comment.

You think 'cornholio' is Allan? Fine, check the CaringBridge site. Not a
post from 'cornholio' to be found. Allan hasn't been posting that way.

Would they really call themselves "Cornholio" to deliver such a message?
I thought it was a fraud, but then some of the regulars seem not to think
so.

And I personally feel that one of the best things we can do to honor

Very well said...

I know so many in life who despite all are doing fairly well but even so
make themselves miserable. Kili has *really* serious problems yet she always
projects a pleasant persona and a smiling face...

You see, peter, you're the only one who thinks this line of 'attack'
works in your favour. Any reasonable person would take this as a point
against you. Nobody (apart from yourself) really cares who looks like
what.

Most people grow out of the mentality you have by the time they're in
high school, and it's a sad indictment on you that you actually see
nothing wrong with this line of thinking!

> A low level flunky for some podunk backwater council.

And your 'job' is what, again peter?

And what the hell is a "podunk" anyway?

going to take your silly/petty Internet nonsense seriously. It'll only
add to the people who think you're an idiot.

And the *only* two things you've achieved with this post:

1 - Confirmed Pits hit the nail on the head/affected you badly.
2 - How petty and small minded you are.

You really can't help yourself, can you pete mate?

Yep. This is a little of his *real* personality slipping through.

I'll give peter credit for making a sustained effort to suppress his real
personality in this group, for he has done very well in that regard
(compared to his past efforts elsewhere).

But - as some of us have said before - over time he'll erode any goodwill
he's bending over backwards to generate in this group.

When the time comes that peter percieves the ratio between those he
considers 'friends' v.s 'enemies' is against him, I predict we will see
him drop all pretence and the /real/ peter lucas will be painfully
evident for all to see here.

My first impression was that it was highly suspect, given the name used.
But at first nobody seemed to object to it...

If it is fake, it *is* a very sick post. But then, this is Usenet, and by
its nature in the real world one needs to expect anything :\

There is no life support so there is no plug to pull.

If it is TFM and if this is more than he can deal with there is/are hospital
personnel who can help him deal with his frustration/anger/and whatever
emotion he is going through. No one expects Kili's situation to be easy
however sooner or later we'll all have to deal with similar situations.

Get over yourself peter.

Just because you think you're in the loop, part of the inner circle, or
whatever...

Just because this whole sorry situation is something you've attempted to
exploit for your own benefit is reprehensible.

You still manage to amaze me, even after all these years.

With any luck, everyone here will eventually see right through your
shallow concern for the well being of another person and realise your
true, pathetic agenda.
