The last time I was at Cosco, I bought a jar of Artichoke Tapenade (32
oz). A friend who was with me puts it on English Muffins, which she then toasts on her broiler. However, I was wondering if anyone has used this product in other recipes, or sauces? Myrl Jeffcoat |

Boy does that sound good! I would use it as a layer on muffalata (sp). Can't think of much else right now, but I'd like to buy a jar and find uses! nancy |

About $6.00 or so for a large jar. I was thinking of making a little sauce with some of it, by adding a little sour cream, a little white wine, and using it over grilled chicken breasts. |

I've about 1/3 of a jar of it in my fridge right now. I now have three TJ within reach (a couple long reaches) and I've been to all of them. I picked up a tomato basil foccacia last week -- didn't realize, though, how quickly it would dry out. I tossed half of it. -- -Barb, Mother Superior, HOSSSPoJ Notes about our meals in Tuscany have been posted to http://www.jamlady.eboard.com; 10-16-2007 |

But since no one asked me... ![]() Andy |

Last time we went to Costco, the artichoke tapenade was being sampled. It was on some kind of toasty thing. It was very good. However, it was twice the price of the artichokes hearts. |
