Hearts Of Palm Pie
I love hearts of palm in salads or as a snack. I saw a recipe months ago for a pie and finally made it two nights ago. It was weird but addictive. We chopped up the (unfortunately) dry pork chops last night and simmered them in bottled Q sauce and had it with onion rolls I made.
