Hearts of palm are not as sweet as artichoke hearts. The recipe I
used had onion, tomato, parsley, garlic, hard cooked eggs and a chili.
I actually did think about artichoke but I decided to see how it came
out as per the recipe. It was also the first time I'd made my own
crust. You can see from the picture I struggled with the top. I had
to make it in a cast pan because we've moved everything to the new
house and we're still stuck here in the old one cuz we can't sell the
dang thing. Next time I think I'll use ramekins for individual pies.
What ingredients would you use with the artichoke hearts? I'm
thinking spinach, onion, tarragon and parmesan cheese. Any other
ideas?

Well thank you. I'm happy someone noticed it. If you do the
