OK, everybody. I have just found that I cn get both Stevia and xylitol to
use for the passover holiday, not just saccharine. I woud like to try some meringues of maccaroons for my enjoyment and for my diabtic and dieting kids for the Seder. I don't remember from earlier discussion, but would xylitol or a mixture of xylitot and, perhaps, Stevia work for this kind of food? usan, I believe you and, perhaps Krom are thos most experienced in using these products(as least the xylitol) it is a stomach acher like the other "tols" or do I remember correctlythat it is not? Do you substitute it cup for cup with sugar or in some other proportions? Any help you can send woud lbe appreciated, as I want to get a amil order in proptly so I can have it before the holiday is all over:-) Wendy |
