I bought these because they were on sale and I wasn't allergic to them. I
think the whole wheat have 20 g of carbs per bun, minus whatever fiber is in there. The multi-grain had a bit more. http://www.bimbobakeriesusa.com/our_brands/oroweat.html I bought the whole wheat and used one for a sandwich. I found it to be oddly sweet. Perhaps all whole wheat bread is sweet? I never buy that kind. I just know I never liked the stuff. But they only had the two kinds and this was lower in carbs. |

It is a flourless bread made from several unsprouted grains. It tasted somewhat like cardboard to me when I first used, but I gradually got used to the taste and texture--and it allows me to have sandwiches or toast with peanut butter without any spiking. I buy it at the local health food store or at Kroger's. MaryL |

Either dairy or egg. Can't remember which. |

However, they do have sprouted soybeans, just like the bread, so you would not be able to use them (probably not a lot because soybeans are the last item on the list of ingredients other than yeast and sea salt--I don't know how susceptible you are to them). Oh. I don't think we have Ezekiel muffins here. No problems with yeast or sea salt. |

I don't remember any whole wheat bread that tasted sweet. Perhaps you got some with high fructose corn syrup as part of the recipe? Robert Miles |

I don't know. I quit buying them. I just really don't like wheat bread. It almost always tastes sweet to me. They might put honey in there. They often put honey with wheat. Now I buy a certain kind of potato bread. They are small slices. I had some toast with it last night. I am getting over a migraine and my stomach was not well. I didn't feel like eating much. I don't buy bread very often because if I do eat it, it's only a couple of pieces. But my husband will be home late on Christmas Eve and will want a meal. Since we are going out to eat, I won't be able to have a plate of leftovers for him. |
