I tried Oroweat several years ago, but it spiked my meter. Now, the only
bread I eat is Ezekiel or (rarely) English muffins. It is a flourless bread
made from several unsprouted grains. It tasted somewhat like cardboard to
me when I first used, but I gradually got used to the taste and texture--and
it allows me to have sandwiches or toast with peanut butter without any
spiking. I buy it at the local health food store or at Kroger's.
