I did a wine from Berry's book, I think it was called CariKarvum or some
weird name like that. Made from raisins and caraway seeds. It came out
about 16%. It was cheap to make and very good --- after 8 years in the
bottle. When it was young it was awful.

There's always a bottle of Everclear and a funnel.

Check Jack Keller's website (http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/). He has a
recipe for Welch's all-natural juices that is quite good
(http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/reques65.asp). I've made two, and the
results were good both times.
