Hi everyone
I need some assistance. I live in Calgary, Alberta. I have noticed that the fermentation process in very quick. In a 6-week kit, the instructions you should reach Stage #2 in 10 days. In 7 days ALL fermentation has stopped and the specific gravity is already at 0.990 which would be well into Stage 3 (Day 24 in the instructions) What am I doing wrong? Should I go ahead with stage 3 anyway even if it it only has been 7 days? Thanks all!! François |
