Default Wine filtration

HI,

I am trying to built membrane system for wine filtration and I need yours
experience.

I have hollow fiber module 5"-Winefilter II, made by Koch/Romicon. It has
cut off 500.000 Dalton.

Is that suitable module for wine because I didn't find relationship
Dalton/microns.

Which wine I can put through that module? Do I need prefiltration ?

Thanks in advance,

Marijan
