Default Wine making

Some years ago I downloaded a book length file from the web, written
by an individual who used to post here frequently.

Over the years and numerous computer crashes I have lost both the book
and the name of the author.

Can anyone refresh my memory? Or post a URL?

Cheers,

Bohn B.

Do you mean Lum Eisenman's "Winemaker's Manual?"

http://www.geocities.com/lumeisenman/contents.html

The link's good only as long as Geocities runs...
