I trust you noted that my post said 'home winemakers'. There are few
if any wineries hanging around here. Our standard batch size is 30
bottles.

Try asking again at www.winepress.us. I know there are a couple of
winery owners that visit there. I suggest that your first post
indicate batch size. Otherwise you will get a ton of home winemakers
answering.
