Default Screw (Stelvin) Capper

Fred:

Tough question to answer. I don't know what products are available in
Australia, nor what 'small batch' means to you. Also, I have been led
to believe that Australia is ahead of North America in the use of
Stelvin caps.

So question #1, much more important than your questions....are you
rich? Yes, I'm asking if you are a millionaire with money to burn.

No this is not spam. My understanding is that in North America, there
are no cappers suitable for home wine makers or even for Ferment on
Premise type stores. They are just plain too expensive, space
consuming etc.

I did some google'ing, and the following site has some semi-automatic
cappers that can do 1000 bottles/hour ...

Let us know what you find.
