Great idea - I have a friend who owns a Deli and will ask him to save me a pickle jar! Thanks. Come think of it - I have a one gallon jar in my downstairs fridge. But it has Kim Chi in it. It would need to thoroughly cleaned, rinsed with bleach, sterilized, and pass the smell test before sanitizing! Dick |
