Default What's everybody eating/drinking on Christmas day?

Well, after trying to determine which of my wines to bring up from the
cellar, I just found out from my brother that our dad came home last
night with a bottle of 2001 Justin Isosceles.

So I guess that settles the wine question. With it, we are having our
traditional prime rib roast au jus.

For dessert, I picked up a 500ml bottle of 1999 Vin Santo del Chianti
Classico, from Castello di Meleto. I tried this at a tasting last year
and loved it, so I don't really care if WS didn't like it that much.

If we end up needing a second bottle of red, I'm going to open a
Raymond Generations Cab, from 1996.

How about the rest of you?

- Chris
