What are other daily regimens for healthy eating? -aem I put a squeeze of lime in each of my 8-12 beers per day. That's probably adding a few years to my life. I also put a squeeze of lime on each of the 30-40 cigarettes I smoke. I put a squeeze of lime on White Albert before sex to reduce the chance of AIDS. I put a squeeze of lime on my computer keyboard every day to prevent carpal tunnle. I put a squeeze of lime in my gas tank to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. I like to put a squeeze of lime on my boss every day so he doesn't fire me. And a sqeeze of lime on my cat to reduce allergenic dander. And of course, a squeeze of lime on my limes to prevent lime overdose. I figure I'll live to be 300. ![]() b. |

Who would've thought that a gin and tonic could be so good for you. Pam |

I tend to lean heavily on fruits and vegetables with lesser amounts of meats. I avoid commercially prepared anything, white sugar, white flour, and white rice. Any grains I eat tend to be whole grains. You can follow the food pyramid or the 5 daily routine as well. OTOH, if you pickle yourself with enough alcohol there is no need to worry ![]() |
