Default VINO ITALIANO

"CAIAROSSA" is both a centuries old property and a relatively new
project, owned by Dutch entrepreneur Eric Albada Jelgersma.

Situated in the beautiful hills just off the "Etruscan Coast" of
Tuscany, in the small village of Riparbella (province of Pisa), less
than half an hour West of the ancient Etruscan capital of Volterra,
the farm formerly known as "Serra all'Olio" was once only a small part
of the vast property holdings of the noble degli Albizi family. The
degli Albizi and their "contadini" (farmers) cultivated olive oil,
cereals and grapes here, while the oak and pine woods created a
perfect environment for harvesting and hunting purposes.
