Default Baco Noir taste?

Baco Noir commonly does have a raspberry taste. There are very good
examples at many Ontario wineries. Baco noir is vinifera (Folle blanche) x
riparia variey (no relation to Labrusca not Lambrusca as you have been
putting) which puts it in the cateogory or French hybrids. It is an
aquired taste.
