Default Simonnette Febvre Chablis 2005

9.99USD I said to myself ifthis tastes like a Macon Village the price is
right. St Veran and I made a good deal. Puoilly Fuisse and I would beg for
more, but NO it actually tastes like a Chablis!! Color is a bit golden but
tere is a bit of minerality on the nose and definitely good acidity and a
little limestone on the tongue. Not to confuse with the best but this is
damn good. Well I did get 6 bottles, better than none. If you see this for
close to the price I paid, get what you can.

Great find, Joseph. I wish that I could find deals like that. I've heard
mixed reviews about '05 in Chablis, but this sounds like a classic
"rising tide" sort of story.
