Cooking time for bean threads?
Hello All:
I got Shan-Shan brand bean threads from our local oriental market. It does not say in English how and how long I should cook them. Any ideas? Thanks! Deguza |

Cooking time for bean threads?
Cook in boiling water and check "al dente".
