cooking black bean
At Chiptole, it tased so good but I tried boiling black bean and it
didn't come out the same. Help needed. And w.r.t red bean: Anyone has the eaisst recipe to make red bean and rice (paboiled rice)? |

Rinse and let soak overnight. Drain, then simmer with fresh water and salt for an hour or so until tender or to your liking. Or you can just buy canned - which is what Chipotle does. -sw |
