my english teacher would have flunked me.

anyway back to topic

do you know that hundrds of years ago they could not just run to the store
for another sourdough starter. and many times their home sourdough starter
was decades old.

personally i find it interesting to see how this century barely copes with
the stick it in the fridge routine.
sourdough has a very long tradition.

did sgt pepper have something to do with the downfall of sourdough?
