Default 5th day into making Leader's liquid levain

Interesting that not one of the descriptions of the odor includes,
baby's upchuck.

Makes me wonder if one should forget the 10 days making sourdough and
just contact a baby's mom for this gooo. Would it work? I think it
might. ;-))

Cow shit or tree leaf compost would probably work better and with babies
- probably taking it from the rear end as well.

Just give it a try and report back.
