Mike, What don't you like about your convection oven? I'm not very knowledgeable about ovens, but I just moved, and I'm much more pleased with the bread that comes out of the convection oven that came with our house that I was with the gas oven at our old home. Of course, it may just be that my gas oven was so well ventilated, it never held any moisture at all. I dare not steam this one, as it gets plenty steamy all on its own from the cooking dough. -- Jeff |
