Oops, "obsess"

It is difficult trying to be perfect in a non-perfect world!

I know! Silly me. I thought I had asked a simple question on the
31st.

Then on the 14th I said "How much do you let your dough dry off?" I
didn't expect to have to say "How much do you intentionally let your
dough dry out to be able to slash it with a lame without tearing the
bread surface after the dough has finished rising and is ready to go in
the oven".

I guess I was being too conservative with words. Sorry if I offended
Jim or anyone else.

Please don't be apologetic about that. I am very supportive
of word conservation. Frequently I say nothing at all.

Hey Russ,

You didn't offend me. I'm really very hard to offend. Wind up okay, I
can take things a bit too seriously sometimes, but thankfully not for
long.
