spreadsheet revised again
due to helpful comments from Felix and TG/Jim have done some more
revisions and taken the second sheet book recipe converter further http://www.myplot.org/oven/bake_calc2.xls or http://www.myplot.org/oven/bake_calc.zip now the second sheet can calculate not only percentage formulas but also quantities in units either starting with the dough total desired, or the starter flour used have to admit in the process discovered that there were some smallish mistakes in the percentage calculations on the second sheet in the previous edition also added an area to the right on both sheets - scratch pad - that remains editable so notes can be kept in the sheets yours andy forbes |
