Cool. The loaves look very nice.

Well then, I'll have to try it.

One more question, which, on this group, may be something of a heresy. I do make
sourdough on weekends, but during the week, I tend to make breads with commercial yeast.
Since the fermentation time is so much shorter, will the no-knead method also work there?
