Pakistani Vegetable Extravaganza

1 cup Peas
1 cup Potatoes(peeled & diced)
1 cup Carrots(peeled & diced)
1 cup Cauliflower(diced)
1/4 cup Celery leaves(chopped)
Salt; To taste
Red chilli powder; To taste
Black pepper(ground); To taste
2 Tbsp Oil

Wash and drain all the vegetables. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add the
seasonings and cook for a few seconds. Add all the vegetables and cook on
a high flame for a few minutes. Cover and cook on a low flame without
adding any water until the vegetables are done. Transfer to a serving bowl
and sprinkle chopped celery leaves on it. Serve with hot bread as a side
dish in the dinner.
