Camping Food: Turkey Jerky
Kraft's Louis Rich Turkey Bacon Use Kraft's Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, available at most grocery stores. Open package. Cut slices in half. Put slices in dehydrator following instructions. Or dry slices in 200 degree oven with door slightly open for around 8 hours. Strips should have lost at least half their weight. Store in plastic bags. Refrigerate until start of trip.
