Tex - Mex Salmon
8 oz Salmon fillets 16 oz can chili beans 8 oz guacamole 1/4 cup chopped onions Directions: microwave Salmon on high for 3 minutes, or until it flakes easily. Cover set aside. Cover and microwave Chili in oven safe dish, 3 minutes or until heated through. Place Salmon on plates, top with chili, guacamole and chopped onion. Suggested side dish; Spanish fried rice.
