One of my neighbors caught lots of golden trout and froze them. He
called me to ask if salting these fish was something he could do at home. I looked around a bit and found lots of very general material, but nothing definitive. Anybody got a good source about salting fish to preserve them? And do you know if these fish work well salted? Pastorio |
