![]() I often see recipes for turkey jerky. Being afraid of the salmonella I tried deli turkey breast. No good. Fell apart during marinating, and dried out to shriveled up sticks. Can I use raw boneless/skinless chicken breasts without worrying about salmonella? Thanks, MK |
