Dona Maria Green Mole
Okay mole fans, here's another one to try: Dona Maria's green mole.
I used pork (country ribs) and put it in the crockpot. Added onions and green pepper chunks. Served with tortillas, rice, and refried beans. Yum. -- Donna |
