Finally, I'm getting the opportunity to use my new rotisserie. I almost
took it back yesterday but I looked at the box and all the crap that was used to keep it in the box and decided there was no way I could fit it back in! Went to the store and bought trussing thingies, which hopefully will work! So am diving in with a chicken recipe Garlic-Lemon Rotisserie Chicken with Moroccan Spices (Canadian Cooking Site) 1 3 1/2-4 pound chicken 1 head garlic, cut in half (do you suppose this is just 1 clove?) 1 lemon cut in half 1 TB olive oil Rub 2 tsp. sea salt 2 tsps swee paprika 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp ground cumin (Note - I roasted the seeds of the coriander & cumin then ground them) 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp black pepper Note: I will grate the ginger & garlic together & rub on the chicken along with the oil This should take about 1 1/2 hours.
