Dear Daughter and I have made them twice. It's not as horrible a
process as everyone hints. I think the secret is to cook and shred the
meat a day ahead and then to do the assembly with at least one other
person. If it's one who makes you laugh, it's a real bonus.

And the finished product, spiced to your liking, is so-o-o-o good!
