Default foccacia WAS: Christmas question?

I think this year all us 'kids' are going to gang up on mum, and MAKE her
write an ingredient list down, AS she's making it lol

but, I can just picture the following conversation...

mum: you put about dissa much flour on de table...(it's the accent lol)
me/other 4 sibs: wait! I have to measure how much flour you've just poured
out, b4 you add anything else

mum: den we adda dis much left-ova mash potatoes...
me: wait! i have to measure how much potato is in that bowl b4 you add it!

mum: den we adda some fresha yeast mixed with a lil warm water...
me: WAIT! how much yeast? how much water?

mum: den we put in some warm water and a lil olive oil, and mix together wid
you hands...
me: WAAAAIT!!

mum: you interup me one more time, I no make no more foccacia!

the sibs: gag me, tie me to a chair, and sit silently while mum continues
making foccacia...
