Low Carb Foccacia Bread

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup Splenda
5 eggs
2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup black olives -- sliced
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese -- grated

Cream together butter, cream cheese and Splenda. Add eggs, one at a
time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating and add almond
flour, baking powder and salt gradually.

Pour into a 10 inch round baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over batter.
Sprinkle olives, Italian seasoning and parmesan over all. Bake at 350 F
until golden and firm to the touch, about 12 minutes.
