I bought a 110 ounce of chickpeas to make hummus. But after changing my
recipe to the amount called for, I find that I will have to have hummus for about most every day for 2 weeks. Has anyone ever frozen hummus successfully? Ingredients: Canned garbanzo beans roasted red peppers (from a jar) lemon juice tahini garlic ground cumin cayenne salt Thanks so much. Dee |

I don't know squat about hummus, but I wanted to tell you how glad I am to
see you again, Dee! Carol -- "Years ago my mother used to say to me... She'd say, 'In this world Elwood, you must be oh-so smart or oh-so pleasant.' Well, for years I was smart.... I recommend pleasant. You may quote me." *James Stewart* in the 1950 movie, _Harvey_ |
