Default friends for dinner

Hi, All!
I am 57 years old and my two oldest girlfriends from N.J. (our home
base) are gonna visit me for my birthday in March here in Florida where
I live now. These two "girls" have travelled extensively around the
world....altho I am an expert cook, I am finding it hard to come up with
a menu to maybe reflect FL living, or at the very least let them know I
love them and want to please them. Does anyone out there have ANY menu
suggestions??? Please email me at .

Thanks for your time.....and have a WONDERFUL holiday!!!!
Carol

When I visited FLA a while back - the Keys - I was served the following as
a traditional FLA menu: conch chowder, stone crab claws, key lime pie. And
to drink - a hurricane of course!

Being a native that's returned .. I'd say Peter has nailed it! Sounds
