Default Dinner at a friends house...

It was a celebratory/thank you dinner........ and I didn't have to raise a
finger in the kitchen, so it was *damn* good!!

It was a filo parcel with chicken and a 'secret sauce'...... she apologised
because she wasn't able to get any prawns to put in them, as she ssaid this
was her signature dish, and she's done it many times, and the prawns work
wonders in the wrap.

All I know is, it was bloody tasty even without the prawns!!

The salad was a work of art as well, all balanced on a large round of
eggplant that had been coated in a crumb/parmesan mix, and fried in a frypan.
There was some rocket, some grilled capsicum, capers, olives, and topped with
shaved parmesan.

And that sauce coming out of the parcels was *scrumptious*!!

I forgot to take some pics of the open parcel, because I was too busy
enjoying it :-)
