I've posted this stuff before. To sum up, if the aliens (or Chinese,
whatever) actually build a mind-control device, it just gives everyone
the same idea. I cannot see any way to target it except to have selected
people wear aluminum foil. BTW, tin might work, but don't expect it will
be easy to shape it into a hat it you wait too long since the tin has
been foiled.
