I'm sorry you were disappointed with the ribs. What was the matter with
them?

It's still raining, occasional lightning. I love a nice cool
thunderstormy-night.

What do you think of for BBQ'd ribs? Smoley, seasoned, sauce?
Very little seasoning so as not to offend anyone. No sauce. And
probably done on the rotissiere, so no smoke. Really no different
than doing in an oven. A Positive was that they were tender.
We had lightning and thunder and ice pellets and pounding down rain.
(I had just put out all my seedlings to harden off. Hope they live
thru 4 days of this)

Oh, that would definitely have been disappointing! At least they
weren't tough on top of everything else.

Yikes! I do hope they survive.

I've had oven cooked ribs that were pretty good with some seasoning and
a light sauce. Points for tender.

I normally would do them on the smoker for about 4 hours.
