Very little seasoning so as not to offend anyone. No sauce. And probably done on the rotissiere, so no smoke. Really no different than doing in an oven. A Positive was that they were tender. We had lightning and thunder and ice pellets and pounding down rain. (I had just put out all my seedlings to harden off. Hope they live thru 4 days of this) Janet US |

I normally would do them on the smoker for about 4 hours. |
