Another one that came up on my FB Feed today

Recipe for Johnny Zs Spooky Concoction
(T= Tablespoons - tsp = teaspoons)

Saute...In Dutch Oven
5 cloves of chopped garlic
1 lg chopped onion
Olive oil

Add 1 Lg Can S&W Ready Cut Italian Tomatoes

4T Tomato Paste

Add 2 cups each sliced:
Potatoes
Carrots
Celery
Green Beans, cut in 1-2 pieces

Add 1/2 cup Frozen Corn (I use TJs Roasted Corn)

Add 1/2 tsp of...
Oregano and Basil
Lemon Pepper
Curry or Jamaica Blend
21 Salute (TJs) or other multi seasoning
The seasonings are an estimate I don't measure them.

Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

Cook 1lb Lean Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef in coconut or olive oil.
Do not drain.
Add to Simmering Vegetables. Cover and Simmer until Vegetables are
tender.
Ladle into bowl and top with shredded cheese. Melt 1 min in microwave.

Enjoy! Yum!

I guess she's not getting enough traffic at her site so she's decided to use
this group as her personal bulletin board to post some awful recipes.

Yeah, like when Popeye sees a woman with big ole titties, and gets
super horny.

Poor little guy goes home to tiny C cup Mexican titties. Has to be
a big letdown to a big horny US navy sailor.

Seems that way. Why would anyone add oil to ground beef? Aside from that and
the clashing seasonings, it sounds similar to the ground beef stew that I
made the other day.

This looks like a cross between Carol's Crock Pot and a John's STD
Meal. I'll pass on the slop, thank you.

Exactly. And it's pretty mundane stuff, anyone can find these recipes
online. (I don't know who JohnnyZ is nor do I care.)

When I posted my wife's *original* Halloween cookie recipe that had the word,
"spooky" in the name, someone accused that fine, anti-racist woman of being
racist. Hmmmph!
