Default Recipe - Johnny Zs Spooky Concoction

Another one that came up on my FB Feed today

Recipe for Johnny Zs Spooky Concoction
(T= Tablespoons - tsp = teaspoons)

Saute...In Dutch Oven
5 cloves of chopped garlic
1 lg chopped onion
Olive oil

Add 1 Lg Can S&W Ready Cut Italian Tomatoes

4T Tomato Paste

Add 2 cups each sliced:
Potatoes
Carrots
Celery
Green Beans, cut in 1-2 pieces

Add 1/2 cup Frozen Corn (I use TJs Roasted Corn)

Add 1/2 tsp of...
Oregano and Basil
Lemon Pepper
Curry or Jamaica Blend
21 Salute (TJs) or other multi seasoning
The seasonings are an estimate I don't measure them.

Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

Cook 1lb Lean Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef in coconut or olive oil.
Do not drain.
Add to Simmering Vegetables. Cover and Simmer until Vegetables are
tender.
Ladle into bowl and top with shredded cheese. Melt 1 min in microwave.
