I' haven't been able to find anything on google related to this topic. I'm wondering if cooking with this vinegar negates the beneficial health benefits that the raw unfiltered stuff is supposed to have. Does heat destroy this vinegar's positive properties?

I would think so. If you want health benefits take it mixed with water. |

Currently chicken soup with veggies. It gives it a flavour that I like. But the raw stuff costs $9.00CD per bottle. Not sure of the exact size, but it's quite expensive compared to the other more processed stuff. About twice as much. And I don't want to use this more expensive ingredient if the health benefits are pretty much gone. |
