I like to put a bit of the stuff into a soup. Currently chicken soup with veggies. It gives it a flavour that I like. But the raw stuff costs $9.00CD per bottle. Not sure of the exact size, but it's quite expensive compared to the other more processed stuff. About twice as much. And I don't want to use this more expensive ingredient if the health benefits are pretty much gone.
