If you keep the bull away from the cow and the rooster from the hen,
not much will happen. And if extra costs are invovlved, we'll
introduce a Carnivore Tax. That way you can pay for your sins and go
to heaven after all

When sex is involved whether human or animal there is no keeping them apart.

I am not a big meat-eater myself, with the exception of some exceptional burgers, and
bacon, now and then.

But I am willing to be un-PC: if we aren't supposed to eat animals, why are they made out of meat?

Take that, PETA. LOL.

The reoccurring theme on the planet Earth is that animals are getting killed and eaten constantly. Most of them are being eaten alive. The reality is that this is a fairly nasty existence. The numbers must be staggering - maybe billions per second? Anyway, compared to the rest of the animal kingdom, we don't kill all that much.

Yes, but Bruce is talking about making a sanctuary for ALL animals the world
over. We're not to eat them but let them roam free with never one as Sunday
dinner.

You're made out of meat too, but I'll skip the Nancy burger, thank you

Bruce, I am well aware I am made out of meat. Why do you think I love living here
in the northern Midwest? Because meat lasts longer in the cold!

Very lame attempt at a troll and you are no longer a European.
They deported you. Most likely because you were just as annoying
there as you are here.

No need to pretend to be that clueless, Ed.

itsjoan, I am 100% with you on spiders. The few little house spiders I used to find are the sole reason
I have a bug guy come around on a quarterly basis. Nary a spider inside, I have seen, since he started.

On the Johnstown Flood topic: could I bother you to post a link to the 1998 one you found? I think I
found it, but I can't get the seller to answer my questions.

Thanks in advance,
N.

What am I then? An Australian, I guess.

Yes, they're terrible. They come in all sizes here and they're all
agressive. They bite without any provocation. We leave the indoor
spiders be, unless they get so big that my wife goes on strike. Then I
try to catch them and put them outside.
