Default Breakfast sandwich tomorrow

I made a simple breakfast sandwich a couple of weeks ago and I'm going
to repeat it tomorrow.

Kaiser roll, warmed up to its original crispness.
thin layer of sharp cheddar cheese
layer of breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean in the chub)
fried egg with a yolk still a tad soft.

I may add just a touch of ketchup on mine.

I make McDonald's sausage, egg McMuffins when I've fried up a pound of
breakfast sausage. But I do mine with a scrambled egg instead of a
fried egg.

Pretty darn good and I didn't have to get dressed and jump in the car
to go get it!

And tomorrow is National Sandwich Day, so you're starting
your day right.

Here, have an Italian Sub for lunch:
