Default Tomorrow is Spring preparatory breakfast?

A bowl of Joe's "O's" (TJs cheerios) in fat-free milk, a sugar-free orange
Jell-O and a can of low-sodium V8.

You?

I assume you are actually speaking of today's breakfast. I made
the first iteration of a green chile crustless quiche (aka
frittata). I should have followed the basic egg to dairy ratio,
because the texture was rather thin. Also, this was surprisingly
lacking in flavor. I don't know whether I will tinker with it
or not.

Also 3 cups of cafe au lait and 1 square of dark chocolate.

Tomorrow, I am making gluten-free scones. This morning, my husband
cooked, we had breakfast tacos.

Jean B,

Yes, today's breakfast. Sorry if it caused you any brainquake. Ain't
that just like me?!

Better luck on your next quiche! The green chiles might have added some
extra moisture? I'd've added some crumbled bacon, maybe. Look Mom [waving]
my FIRST quiche!!!

I forgot my square of dark chocolate, dammit!!! <G>

Best,

Andy

Becca,

What a terrific idea!

I could eat breakfast tacos all day!

Best,

Andy

Chemo the clown,

Geez... sounds like you're one of my township's construction workers. They
usually have 3 or 4 beers before their morning coffee.

Damn it, Chemo, don't you care about your health? You need to have a slice
of WHOLE WHEAT bread with your morning beer. And COORS? REALLY?!

That is true re the moisture. I should have used fresh, skinned
chiles, I think.

My usual (I'm sticking to my diet).

Meat and green veggie of the day, one meal.

Other meals?

Wylers cubes.
