I don't believe it, but a lot of people have thr misconception of low carb
dieting, thinking that people are eating pounds of bacon, whole chickens,
whole roasts etc. in one sitting. I don't know anyone who low carbs like
that, but that's what's reported. LOL

My wife has been low carbing for decades and she looks great. She eats a
lot of butter. On the rate occasion that she has a roll or biscuit, she
has almost as much butter as roll/biscuit. She also has a lot of cream
in her coffee, and she often whips up some cream to go with her desserts.

Well, if she was meant to live until a 100, she'll still make it to
96!

I don't know about those quantities of meats, but my wife follows a low
carb diet that involves at least twice as much meat as I consider meat
portions. Her typical breakfast can include 2-3 slices of bacon, two
eggs, some full fat yogurt and 2-3 oz. chedder or some other cheese.
There will also be some fruit in there.

To achieve that effect, one leaves the pie on the kitchen table for 6
weeks. It's typically Hawaiian.
